Mortgage Portfolio becomes LaterLiving

Founder and director of Mortgage Portfolio, Simon Chalk, has revealed that the company is changing its name and that it is planning to expand.

“After more than seven successful years trading under the banner of Mortgage Portfolio, the firm has rebranded as LaterLiving to more accurately reflect our specialism of equity release planning,” says Mr Chalk.

“We are well known throughout the country for the depth and breadth of our equity release service. Changing name to something instantly recognisable, portraying our client experience of living life to the full in later life makes clear sense.”

Mr Chalk points out that good financial planning always considers the client’s home as a primary asset. He also suggests that demand for equity release products is likely to increase in the near future.

He says: “Next year we shall see the very first generation of baby boomers reach their 65th birthday, marking the beginning of a boom for equity release advice.

“In expectation of an increase in demand for our multi award-winning service, we have become an appointed representative of Tenet Lime network, who will help us to fulfil our expansion plans.”
