Just Retirement offers six-figure salaries for new recruits

Equity release specialist Just Retirement is willing to offer six-figure salaries for senior staff that tick the right boxes.

The company is looking for two associate directors. The first will work become involved with its programmed management office and the second will focus on the marketing and distribution side of the business.

In addition to this, the firm, which also provides annuities, is looking for several top actuaries who will take on pricing and development strategies, among other duties.

The cut-off date for each of these roles is June 21.

Scott Fulton, associate director of external affairs for Just Retirement, said: “These are new roles on the back of our very strong growth figures. The secret to our success has been that we have focused on profit during the financial crisis and a number of IFAs have obviously been happy to recommend us.

“It is a good time of growth for us. And at this exciting time of our development we are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join us in several senior actuaries and leadership roles.”
