Bridgewater Equity Release adds two more broker forums

Bridgewater Equity Release has added two extra July dates to its forum series. The company will now offer a session in Bristol on July 13 and in Nottingham on July 14. Both events will take place between 10.30am until 1pm.

These forums are designed to offer information about developments within the equity release market and to offer practical tips on ways of generating more business.

Peter Welch, head of sales and distribution at Bridgewater Equity Release, said: “There have been a number of sector developments over the past month which we will discuss at the forum including recent provider activity in the market that has impacted on the number of products currently available.

“Bridgewater staff will also highlight some of the key issues around the home reversion market which, as Safe Homes Income Plans figures reveal, continues to grow in terms of its percentage of overall equity release business.”
